Your personal account settings live at Account settings, reachable from the user menu. This is separate from organization settings — it’s just you, not the workspace.
Email and password
The Email address card updates the address tied to your login and notifications. Changing it sends a confirmation link to the new address; the change takes effect once you follow that link, so a typo can’t lock you out. If a confirmation link expires, request the change again.
The Password card sets a new password without leaving the page.
Your account summary
The page also shows who you are in the workspace: your email, your role (Member, Org admin, or Viewer — see Inviting your team), and your organization. Admins get shortcuts to organization settings from here.
Your data
What SmartRetro reads, stores, and never touches is documented in detail on the Trust & security page, and the legal terms are in the Privacy Policy. If you need data exported or deleted, use the in-app Send feedback → I have a question option to reach us — during beta these requests are handled directly.
Signing out
Log out from the user menu. For shared machines, log out when you’re done — a session stays active until you do.
